JR's Creations started September, 2003 at our little home studio better known now as Studio 507. We make all of our creations from authentic horse worn shoes from Western North Carolina farriers. We do custom orders as well as sales of items we have created. We are always open to any ideas and suggestions. Jeff has attended some basic blacksmith classes at The John C. Campbell folk school in Brasstown NC and also a Class at the Jackson County Green Energy Park in Dillsboro NC with Master Smith William Rogers , Jeff also does some basic blacksmithing work. Our shop is fully equipped with traditional blacksmith tools such as an indoor forge and a 75 year old, 150 pound anvil as well as modern tools. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship that you will be proud to have in your home. We have entered some items in our WNC Mountain State Fair which have won numerous awards, including several blue ribbons as well as a best in show in 2003.
